Refund Policy & 60-Day Guarantee

This Refund Policy governs refund requests for digital products, e-books, InfoApps, member subscriptions, and SaaS solutions provided by GROUP WAR LTDA (CNPJ 60.833.430/0001-16).

1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

GROUP WAR offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible digital products and offers that explicitly display the 60-day guarantee badge at checkout. Purchasers may request a full refund within 60 calendar days from the transaction date.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), consumers have a statutory right to request cancellation and a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase or product access.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, customers must email our support team at contact@groupwarltda.com with: full name, email used during purchase, order number or transaction receipt ID, and the name of the digital product. No mandatory justification is required.

4. Processing & Reimbursement

Once approved, refunds are processed through the payment gateway used for the original purchase. Credit card refunds will appear on subsequent statements depending on the card issuer. PIX and bank transfer refunds are credited directly to the customer's bank account.
