This Digital Delivery Policy outlines how digital products, e-books, InfoApps, platform accesses, and SaaS solutions are delivered by GROUP WAR LTDA (CNPJ 60.833.430/0001-16).

1. Digital Nature of Products

All products and services commercialized by GROUP WAR are 100% digital. No physical items or printed materials are shipped via postal carriers.

2. Delivery Confirmation & Processing Time

Upon payment approval by the payment gateway, delivery instructions and access links are automatically dispatched to the purchaser's registered email address. Immediate access is granted for instant digital downloads or login-based platforms.

3. Access Delivery Methods

Depending on the specific product purchased, delivery occurs through one of the following methods:

• Direct Download Link: Sent via email for e-books, PDF guides, and downloadable audio/video files.
• Member Portal Login: Account credentials and URL link sent via email for online courses and member areas.
• InfoApp / Mobile Application Access: Activation keys or access links sent via email.
• SaaS Access: Web platform link and account setup credentials.
